Cannabis
Hensikten med loven er forlatt, dermed må også loven revideres.
Slik argumenterer Roar Mikalsen, leder av Alliansen for rettighetsorientert ruspolitikk. Avisa Oslo meldte i går at han må i retten 25. november.
Mikalsen står tiltalt for å ha solgt cannabis over disk i kafeen Norske tilstander som ble åpnet for det formålet. Politiet stengte den etter noen timer.
Han står også tiltalt for å ha sendt 19,30 gram cannabis til Jonas Gahr Støre, i tillegg til justisministeren, et knippe jussprofessorer og høytstående embetsfolk.
Om noen av dem røykte substansene, er uvisst.
Verdenssamfunnet har gått vekk fra et narkotikafritt ideal. Derfor kan vi ikke ha en lovgivning med det idealet, argumenterer Mikalsen.
Argumentasjonen er forståelig. Mens andre land liberaliserer, er all bruk, besittelse og omsetning av narkotiske stoffer i Norge straffbart. Likevel tviler jeg på at lovgiver sier i klartekst at idealet er et narkotikafritt samfunn.
